The Concept
This vodka label design is inspired by Polish folk culture and handcrafts, specifically regional Polish floral embroidery and folk cutouts. The floral patterns on the inside and back label of the bottle are based predominately on folk patters characteristic to the Łowicz, Kaszubian, and Krupówki regions of Poland, creating an unique graphic motif that united the diverse art styles of those regions.
The red colors of the label relate to the polish flag, which is red and white, as well as to the traditional dress outfits worn by people of Krakow, the city where I was born.
The design utilized the transparency of the bottle and the clear liquid of vodka to create a three-dimensional and infinite floral effect on the inside of the bottle, which resembles an infinite field of red flowers
The resulting label presents a high quality and luxurious beverage that celebrates Polish folk traditions, art, and culture.
